So here it does. You fund your own advertising on your own card. We build the campaigns, answer the inquiries and book the appointments. We earn a share of the jobs you actually close, after your customer has paid you.
We run a marketing agency. These are the two ways a contractor can work with us.
You fund your own advertising either way, so that is a wash. The difference is the fee sitting on top of it. Ours is $250 once to get set up, then a share of the jobs you close, invoiced after your customer has paid you.
That is the commitment. Campaigns, creative, the landing page, the tracked number, the follow up system, the booking calendar. Built before I see meaningful money.
Paid straight to the platform on your own account. No markup, no middle man, fully visible to you. You set the number and you can change it whenever you want.
A percentage of revenue on the projects you close from leads this system generates. The number is agreed with you in writing before anything starts.
We build the campaigns, the creative and the infrastructure, and we carry the cost of getting it live ourselves, before any of it comes back to us. If this does not produce work for you, we have spent our time and our money and walked away with a couple hundred dollars. That is deliberate. It is also why we are careful about who we do it with.
You are going to pay for advertising either way. That part is the same in both models, so ignore it. The question is what else is coming out of your account each month.
On a standard agency deal, the first $3,000 a month is the retainer. That money never reaches a homeowner. It pays for the agency. Here that $3,000 is not owed to anyone, so if you are willing to spend it, it goes into the market instead.
Same money leaving your account. Our share is not in this picture because it does not come out of your monthly budget. It comes later, out of jobs you have already been paid for.
Or the same reach for a quarter of the outlay, if you would rather keep the cash. Either way, more of what you spend is buying attention from homeowners who are ready to spend, with enough volume for the platform to find the right people instead of guessing.
You may start with a smaller budget than the biggest company in your city. But you are not carrying a retainer either, so more of what you spend goes straight into the market.
And when you want more work, turn the faucet up. More budget, more exposure, the same afternoon you decide. Have the crews ready.
The big outfits in your market have infrastructure. Advertising, somebody answering the phone, a showroom, a salesperson working the front end. We bring that same front end to your business. Arnie personally handles the incoming calls and inquiries, and hands you a booked appointment with a name, an address and a scope attached. From there it is your team.
We absorb real cost and labour here on purpose. We are looking for partners we keep for years, not a signup fee.
Paid directly to the platform on your card, on your account. You would be paying this with any agency. The difference is that here nothing sits on top of it, and we take nothing out of it.
On projects you close from leads this system generated. The percentage is set against your typical ticket and put in writing before anything starts.
Logged the moment it comes in. Nothing is reconstructed later.
Every call recorded. You can hear what the homeowner said and how your company was represented.
You walk the job, price it and close it. We are not in the room.
Nothing is owed before this point. Not at the lead, not at the bid.
A share of that job only, once the money has reached your account.
Your existing customers, your referrals and your repeat work never enter this flow. We do not touch them.
If we stop working together you keep all of it and there is nothing to unwind. No long term contract, and terms are agreed in writing before a single dollar moves.
We will go through the percentage, the cap and your ad budget on the call, before anything is signed.

Partner · Amelia Island, Florida
I am based on Amelia Island, Florida and I work with contractors across the country. There is an agency team behind me building and running all of this, but the person you deal with is me, and you get my cell phone rather than a ticket number.
I have 25+ years in sales and a lot of formal sales training behind me. I learn your business, your services and how you price, and I answer your inquiries as a member of your team. Every call is recorded, so you can hear exactly how your company was represented before you ever meet the homeowner.
I take one contractor per trade in each market. Once a trade is spoken for in your area I am not going to run the same campaigns against my own client, so if this looks like a fit it is worth having the conversation sooner.
